1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs onion flakes
2 Tbs dry mustard
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp oil
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and whisk well
Stir in 1/2 can to 1 can pineapple tidbits drained (optional)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Put in bottom of 9x13 pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Pour sauce over chicken
Bake for 45 minutes to one hour
Serve with rice
