1 (8oz) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 TBS. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup toffee bits
Instructions:
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Serve with apple wedges.
