1 big can white chicken breast (shred with fork)
1/2 bag frozen peas (thawed)
1/4 onion chopped
4-5 stalks celery chopped
Boil pasta noodles until al dente and drain and rinse. Let noodles cool slightly. Add chicken, peas, onion, and celery.
Dressing
1 cup mayo
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbs. milk
Whisk until smooth. Add to salad. May need to double. Refrigerate and eat.
