1 head lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
1/2 cup green onions-chopped
1/2 cup cooked bacon-chopped
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup sliced honey roasted accent almonds
1 cup chow mein noodles (maybe a little more)
DRESSING
1 cup sugar
1 cup canola oil
1/4 of a red onion-diced
1 TBS. mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Blend all together and pour over salad before serving.
