Ginger Snaps

3/4 canola or vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

The dough may seem "greasy" but remember that this is good oil. Mix as usual. Bake as usual. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
