Mom's Chicken Salad...
4
Chicken breasts cooked and cut into cubes
1/2 cup sliced celery or more
1/2 cup sliced almonds
6 pieces of bacon cooked and crumbled
avocado and boiled eggs (optional)
Dressing
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo (can double if needed)
Mix all together, chill, and serve on croissants
